From its very inception in India, the Missionaries of St. Francis de Sales have been actively engaged in the apostolate of the press and technical education. These institutions were established with a clear vision: to serve the local Church and equip young people with practical skills that enable them to secure dignified employment and build a stable future.

Over the years, this ministry has transformed the lives of many young men by providing them with hands-on training and professional formation. Countless students trained in our centres are now well-placed in life, contributing meaningfully to society and supporting their families with pride.

The SFS Technical Institute offers training in trades such as carpentry, wiring, welding, driving, and printing. Through these skill-development programmes, the MSFS continue to reach out especially to underprivileged youth of the region, opening pathways for self-employment and sustainable job opportunities.
