St. Francis de Sales School Amarpur Burburia

St. Francis de Sales School, Amarpur–Burburia, was inaugurated on December 22, 2016, by Fr. George Panthanmackel, the then Provincial of the Northeast India Province, and was blessed by Most Rev. Lumen Monteiro, Bishop of Agartala, in the presence of priests, sisters, and members of the local community.

Fr. Mathew Vazheparambil served as the first Principal of the school. Since its establishment, the institution has been making steady progress in providing quality education to the local community.

As of 2020, the school has 166 students and 6 teachers. The new school building is currently under construction, which will further strengthen the facilities and growth of the institution.
